Just pick up the phone and tell her parents that you're a friend of their daughters, and she is really scaring you.
You HAVE to DO something, or the guilt you will feel will be forever. If they don't answer, drive to their house or get your parents to drive you if you're not old enough.
Get off the computer, and go now.

You must call her parents immediately and tell them what is goign on . I had a friend that was in the same situation and because she did not tell his parents he was planning on killing himself , he went through with it and died! She has had this guilt hung over her for the past 12 years or so and regrets not telling anyone.
It sounds to be like your friend is reaching out for help and you should try to help her by letting her parents know!
How?? just call or write a letter and stick it in the mailbox and not the postoffice because it will take too long...in the house mailbox!..(if you do this, then make sure you address it and write it to look like its from someone else.)

Tell the police and her parents right now. She is out of control and needs some serious help. Tell her parents, don't let this one go.

There is no way u can really tell them except to just tell them exactly what u know.If u are younger u might want to tell your parents and let them do it.But u have to say something. Two reasons why.First one is if she is serious then u need to do all u can do to stop her.Second is if u don't and she does kill herself then u have that burden to live with all your life. I wish u all the luck and your friend too.

I would go tell her parents privately because she might get even more upset if she knows. I would tell them what she has been saying to you. Your friend might be mad at you at first but she will thank you in the long run. I would tell her parents right away because she needs help right away before it is too late.

Tell someone, an adult, but tell them now. Tell your mother and ask her to call your friend's parents. Your friend might be angry, but it's more important to save her life. She'll get over anger. She won't get over death and neither will you. Neither will her family.
Take your friend seriously. Tell an adult now. Don't worry about how you tell them what your friend said, just tell someone. Even 911.
You're a good, caring friend. Say a prayer to whomever you believe in and talk to an adult...now.

Tell her brand new beginnings happen all the time.
Trials are actually blessings that make you stronger.
Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem,...
Anything to stall her til you tell her parents. Or at least tell yours.

Just call them and tell them what you just said to us. You need to let them know NOW! Your friend needs help and she needs it right away. If she is hinting aobut it then it means that she wants someone to help her, and the best way to do that is to tell her parents right away!
