Calories and sugar. Diet sodas are very nasty in my opinion, that's why I exercise everyday to avoid having to eat or drink things I don't like. :)

First one has sugar and one has a sugar substitute. Most of the diet sodas I have had have a funky aftertaste but there are some that are pretty good actually. My fave is Sierra Mist Free...no funky aftertaste and I prefer it to the regular!

The difference is calories. Regular soda is all calories from sugar. Neither is good for you.
