I know a lot of websites that provide links to watch a TON of movies, even ones just released, and a lot of tv shows. Is this process illegal since it isnt downloading, just watching? Sorry, dont know much about these things.

I am not sure. I know as long as you aren't selling the material, it isn't piracy, so I can't see what the government would go after you for. I have never heard about people being arrested for watching a movie online. Just don't copy it and sell it.

I don't know either and the way that my luck is going I'd get on a site and be in big trouble for downloading something that was illegal.
