Can someone help me I can't stop loving them.And when I see hot white girls checking me out I never look because I'm scared to look at hot white girls because I might blush.Should I look back at them or stay shyboy?

Maybe because you are a boy and boys your age like girls, don't really matter that they are white, maybe this is all there is around.
Sure you can look what is the crime there and some try very hard to be noticed and looked at and not to do so would break their little bubble. You can tell the ones, the ones that are always fussing about their hair and clothes and such, they might give you a blank stare but that is a game, go ahead and look and if they play that game, turn your head away when you think they have caught you doing it.
