13 years old 32 weeks pregnant and a stomache ache?

Is this normal? I keep having this cramps/stomache pains so bad I sometimes have to lay down in bed. Is this possibly just a sign I'm due soon? Please help I'm really scared!

Call your Dr. and let them know, try laying on your side (left or right) and drink LOTS of water, minimum a gallon a day. when you are cramping drink water and lay down and see if it helps. But Definitely let your Dr. what is happening

i know its none of my business, but why are you pregnant if you are 13? and second maybe because you're so young, something could be wrong. Not to alarm you or anything but if it persists you should go see a doctor.
