i have previous work experiences in 5star hotels, trying to get into posh UK hotels to get work experiences before getting back. Any feedbacks welcome.

No hotel of the quality you are looking for will employ you. First thing they will ask for is your work permit. If you don't have one, forget it as your employer can be jailed for employing you against Immigration rules. Secondly, with only 5 months left on what I assume is a social visa, you have no right to employment anyway.

walk in and ask to speak to the manager... it's their decision therefore, its them you need to convince.
