Hair can be changed anyhow or anywhere... and still it plays an important part to the body. And for height, it's even more important. Just that it cannot be changed. So it depends.

Hair is very important to beauty, height not so much. Society expects women to have nice long hair. They don't really care so much about height. They want you to be tall like a supermodel but it's not absolutely necessary.

Hair is important to beauty for several reasons-
how it corresponds and complements your skin tones and the structure of your face.
If you have well groomed hair, people percieve that you know how to take care of your self and you care about it too.
Height isn't all that important, although height is the first thing you notice about somebody, it is soon forgotten because of their inner-beauty, and their personality.
