I work as nurse in the hospital and my colleague is a true *****! any suggestion to stop her?

There is always one!....as i say. The more you let it get to you, the worse you yourself will become. Why should you let this person get to you?. Hold your head up, rise above the situation, and smile at them. It does work wonders....been there, wore the t-shirt etc. They eventually will feel silly, and realise thier mistakes. Maybe they have issues regarding people, and have a brick wall up in order to give the sense of "dont mess with me" attitude. But, keep smiling, you will come out best of this one.

I had one, she was my senior, and I hated her to death. She would spy on me when and when I'm not doing my work, and update with my boss (she's a butt kisser), in the end, I got transferred and I never had to see her face again. The best thing to do is just act normal and ignore her bitchy-ness, smile and talk to her if you must, but show thru actions that you're better than her, in speech, thoughts etc.

tell her to shut her mouth and learn some respect...if this continues, tell your boss that your finding it hard to work with this person....and would like to be moved or have her replaced...you have enough to deal with being a nurse,....hands up to you girl...you guys are life savers....just tell her to button it, get her alone and give her the low down...don't be scared of her....the way i see it is...treat people the same way they treat you....see if she likes it....

No u can't...But u can try to not be around her.Or get a different shift. Don't let her suck u into her crap. Ignore her and go on with your runs.Good luck

well first of all when she is sitting down, take really hot flesh burning coffee and pour it on her face. then when she is sceaming in agony start kicking her violently, and once she is kicked a lot take your monitor and break it over her head. and swear at her in foreign langueges.
