There are several methods you can do to increase sperm count.
Have sex or masturbate less frequently. The more you engage in releasing your sperm, the less you have for the next encounter.
Don't smoke and drink, or limit drinking. Alcohol effects your liver functions, which in turn, causes a dramatic rise in estrogen level.
Exercise. Self explanatory
Eat a well balanced diet. Self explanatory.
Avoid heating the testicles. Wear boxer underwear. Brief underwear brings the testicles closer to the body which is warmer than they need to be. This will kill sperm. This is also why the testicles hang outside the body.
Reduce stress levels.
Try taking vitamin supplements if you are not on a well balanced diet.

Exercise and a balanced diet are all good, they'll help out a lot. but Zinc is the key to an increase in sperm production. Man juice has 5mg of zinc. Thus the more often we have sex we lose zinc and the average man only has 11mg a day to oppose the recommended 26ish. So my advice would be to work out, eat a balanced diet with fruits and veggies of course, but also eat foods that are high in zinc. Sunflower seeds, fish, and eggs are all great sources of Zinc.

Firstly, wearing boxers instead of undies is works a treat. It will increase your sperm count due to the lack of constriction in yours truly. Secondly, having a well balanced diet (including aphrodisiacs - veggies) and exercising will also help. You might even consider taking multi vitamins.

Jack - you are getting good answers but NO 1 is always eat raw oysters. You slurp them out of the shell with a touch of salt and worchestershire for garnish.
