A computer is comprised of three parts:

1. Hardware
2. Software
3. Media

The portion of the computer which is 'software' can have logic. It exists as two things, "instructions" or "data".

The "instructions" are capable of making decisions in a control structure and those constructs are considered logic.

However, the logic appertaining thereto is that of the programmer and not the machine per se. The computer can only do what it has been programmed to do.

Artificial Intelligence takes logic to the pinnacle of capabilities based on any level of technology. This is where software becomes able to make the most of logic and it's constructs.

A computer can only have logic. However, that logic can be corrupted. Garbage in, garbage out pretty much says it all. Now if you'd asked "can computers have emotion?" that would have been an discussion to sink teeth into.
