The word "Phat" means something good, like for example if you would see a car coming down the street and it had some nice rims you would say " DAM!! look at those phat rims"

It means, tight, cool, sweet, and can be used in place of any of the previous words. So when your friend shows you her new jewelry.. you say phat!, sweet, or cool.

Phat refers to something that is cool or neat. The word that always throws me is "sick". Back in the 80's, sick refered to something disgusting or gross, now, it's the opposite. It makes me feel old!
