well i was bullid once im in 8th grade and what i did was when the girl made fun of me i ended up hitting her in the face i broke her nose and really messed her up. But i will proudly admit i whent about it all the wrong way. What you should do is just forget about what the person is saying. if she/he is making fun of you there scared of you or see you as some sorce of power so they will do what ever they can to keep you down and make you think your not a strong person. its all part of there plan and when they see your not botherd with it and you just forget about them they loose the power they have over you. dont let the person get the best of you and do what i did. your much stronger that they think you are you just need to show that to them. i hope everything goes good for you. :) good luck.

I Stand up to it. In the end you get respect. Make sure you tell everybody that you know. So that when you Fight back everybody knows that you didn't have any choice. Did you see that movie "Enough" After you have done everything you can to avoid those pecker head bullies then you have to protect yourself. I was there in your place and if you cry and run it makes it easier for the bully. They respect strength. (of character and will) This guy used to take all the little kids money at my school and one day he came to me and demanded my lunch money. I took it from my pocket and threw it away down a drain instead of giving it to him. He never bothered me again. But make sure you tell your parents about it and the school counselor so it can be on record.

Does this person bully you when they are alone(without their friends around)?????
Most people who bully are just trying to impress a friend, boyfriend or whoever is around. They are more than likely in need of some serious attention in another part of their life, so they tend to make themselves feel more powerful, or even in control of that part of their life by hurting others. Try to pay attention to when they are bulling you. If it never happens when they are by them self then you know why it may be happening.
If you get a chance to confront this person when they are alone then straight up ask them why you seem to agitate them.
If you feel uncomfortable with confronting them, tell a peer counselor, they are much easier to talk to about this sort of problem.
If you have an older Adult friend you trust then tell them, they may be able to stand by your side so you can confront this person. That way in case your afraid of a fight breaking out they are there to supervise physically, and support you mentally.
You can also threaten them with Harassment charges if you feel it's way out of control.

You should tell a counseler because if you want to be bullied for the rest of your life then don't but if you want to put an end to this tell and don't be afraid that the bullys will get mad because the school will know how to hanle those cowards.

Bullies rely on their "posse" they're the meanest when they have people around them that they want to impress.
Catch this bully alone away from their friends and stand up for yourself.

can you be more specific? like who is bullying your and what they did/said? just tell them to shut up and get a life. bully's are nothing but self-concois people who try to make themselves feel better by making fun of someone, try ignoring them if that don't work stand up to them

I can't stand bullies. First please tell your parents, and if that doesn't help you may want to talk with your local police officers. Most adults take it more seriously now after what happened at Columbine and other places like that. Please don't let it continue or think you have to put up with it. Now go tell someone this minute.

REPORT it to someone with the authority to stop the problem behavior. I ALWAYS taught MY children (and they have disabilities) to REPORT to the Teacher or responsible adult ANY instance of Bullying Behaviors -- and to make sure that they were listened to.

well i dont get bullied but just ignore them and they will realize that it's not fun if they dont get a reaction and stop.. if it continues when you ignore it or it is really damaging or hurtful, or threatening then tell a teacher you trust if it's at school or a trusted adult
