You say you know it's a NIKE basketball shirt, but then you asked again an=bout the shirt several times...
As for the cap, I asked my teenage son who plays basketball and likes to wear baseball caps, but he couldn't recognize the image either. It's too poor in quality.
Here's a link to the New Era cap company - they make MANY of the caps that are popular with kids today. If you know where the person might be from, it might help narrow down what team logo (which is what I suspect) is on the cap.
