I just checked the web and if you go to the TLC web site you can find out all you want to know about the show including being able to e-mail the family and watch the show on-line

If you can't find it on UK Television, There are numerous torrents for the seasons, if you have high speed and don't mind watching it on the computer

Dont know but I do watch the show here on Saturdays. I love it.
