You need to check the Army corp of Engineering, or Navy Public Works establishments both utilize Engineers. They would be at a GS level.

just search emplyment newspaper ...as thatsthe newspaper which publishes jobs related to govt owned companies....as the real estate sector booming in every corner of India so its not that tough to get job in India..but make sure that u have enough confidence...and i f u think u lack somewhere..justgo thru urself..and try to understand urself and fo take care of ur weak points.....and try to conquer them ..as don't stop learning..as every stage is learning phase for human being...try to grab more knowledge...best of luck ...
