I believe that McDonalds ice cream is soft serve ice cream, which is considered ice cream and not forzen yogert. If it IS frozen yogert, they should call it such. Those ice creams at McDonalds are good, but not good for you. There are many synthetic incredients used, and the milk is probably not wholesome or organic. If you want ice cream, pick out decent brands like Tom and Jerry's etc. They use much better ingredients and the ice cream tastes better, in my opinion! Although don't feel badly to indulge once in a while if you have a thing for Micky Dee's ice cream!

That's what they want you to think i'm assuming. Listen, I worked at McDonalds for 11 months about 8 months ago. And, all the managers and employees called it the SH*T Ice Cream because after you eat it your stomach hurts and you get diarrhea most of the time. So, if you are going to eat it, do it in moderation and in time spans.

It's soft serve ice cream- but ASK the manager when the last time they had their machine taken apart and cleaned. I'm betting the answer probably would be never......and I watched a Dateline on soft-serve ice cream machines, and they are bacteria-breeding grounds. Watch out!

Yes yogurt is much better and has less fat than ice cream...but stay away from their OTHER FOOD!!!!!

i think they are straight up ice cream..but either way they are good and one every now and then isn't that bad for you
