You mean the water barely comes out of the faucet?
That would mean there's a blockage somewhere in the water supply to that sink. Try these two things: first - under the sink, in the cabinet, make sure the valves are turned all the on, then back maybe a quarter turn.
If that doesn't do it, try unscrewing the aerator. That's the little round knob at the end of the spigot where the water comes out. Then turn the water on. If the flow is much stronger after that, the aerator is blocked. If it looks rusty or crusted with lime, try soaking it in vinegar for a few hours or overnight, or just take it to the hardware store and ask them for a replacement. It's only a few dollars.

Take a pliers and unscrew the aerator on the faucet, tap it gently on the sink then rinse it out. If you take it apart to clean it, be careful on how you do this, it's complicated and contains more then several parts, put then back in order. Get a new one at Wal-Mart or Ace Hardware if necessary.

make sure the water valves to that sink are open. also check the screen to the water spigot. where the water comes out of the faucet. it could be plugged with lime.

You may have debris in the aerator - thats the little screen at the end of the faucet. take a wrench and remove it and clean it out. a little sand will make it appear that you have no pressure...

Yuor line is stopped up going to the bathroom.
You can check several things.
check the tap where your water coems off. soemtimes there will be small screen on it which will trap rust or trash causing it to stop up up, Tap lightly on the pipes going to the fawcetts.
Check to see if it is cut off under the sink.
It's like you have rusted pipes and may need a plumber.

try unscrewing the aerator on the faucet, its probably restricted by mineral deposits or worse case the restriction is in the handle and it may dislodge or it may have to be disassembled and cleaned.
