How can I let him know I like him.
Eye contact is the thing.
Make eye contact with him, and then give him a big smile.
If nothing happens after this has occured a couple of times or so, then speak to him, and say that you have noticed him looking at you, and would he be interested in a date.

may be you can start a small pep talk, i mean a retrospective of your relationship.
like how long you been knowing each other and kinds of emotions you have gone through at different times.
say to him that u imagined him to be your groom while your parents were talking about marriage etc ;) and felt it was funny or may be cook up your own version of story.
Take an example of a movie or real world example if you already know someone in relation ask him if he too was interested for that, and give a hint that you are willing to go in that direction.
however dont jump to the final topic but slowly drag him into the conversation like ask him about his school n college friends, ask if he had crush on anyone, what he feels like how others esp girls think about him............then give a final blow u were waiting for ;)

Yes you should tell him because what if he feels the same way but he is just afraid to say it then the both of you will never know,love happens for a reason so you should tell him, you never know what a good relationship you could have and you will never know unless on e of you says something.

You should always stay true to your feelings, by following your heart and speaking from it with complete honesty. If you love someone you should let them know how you feel. We are never guaranteed tomorrow will come so its best to be honest about things like the love we have for others.

He is your friend. Its very good. You said he stays with u as a friend. That's very nice. IF he is your good friend then SLOWLY SLOWLY TELL YOUR FEELINGS. Remember NOT DIRECTLY. Ask wat he thinks about u. Wat he feels ffffor u. Ask him if he likes any girl. If he says no then its 80% true that he likes u. I wish you the best of luck.
