Up until about 5 months ago me & my best friend were very close. Maid of honors at each others wedding. Then one day it seems like she fell off the face of the earth. When I would call, she wouldn't call back. Then 2 months later she called & left a vague message on my machine. After a while I stopped calling, hoping she would call ...but never did. We never had a fight & my feelings are hurt. What would you do? This is a friendship that I really valued.

Do not call her. Trust me if you're hurt now you may feel worse when she tells you the real reasons for her cold shoulder routine.
Send her a card and ask her to let you know if you have done something to upset her. Tell her you understand if she has decided to end your friendship. Tell her also that if she chooses not to respond that you understand and you will move on in your life as well. Tell her you hope she is ok and out of friendship you just had to ask. Then get a thicker skin. Friends are not forever family is. You will find a new buddy believe me.

perhaps u can send her a letter or message saying that u hope she is doing well, and u want the Best for her.. u don't know what happened between u guys, but if she needs a friend, u'll be there.
then move on... and live ur own life. make some new friends, cultivate ur life.. u never know, perhaps she's been thru rough times? it's possible she is selfish, but it's ok... just make sure You're not selfish or vengeful, u know? :) so u can always be proud of ur actions, never regret what u Could've done. and the Healthier, Happier, and Positive u are, the easier it will be for u to forgive, or forget, her. whichever one u need to do.... just do ur best to be a good person, friend, wife, everything, and u will never have need to doubt urself. u can't force other people to act certain ways, but u can control Your actions and reactions to situations.. in this case, keep ur head high. value the friendship for what it Was, and move on w/ Your life~~

To me if she don;t even talk to u then that shows that she really don't care about u and if it's that then she aien't a true friend. That's just the way I see it.

i dont really know. but my friend, she says " fine eh, go leave me '' then she walks away, i dont even leave her... then she says " im just joking " then she comes back, maybe try visiting her...
