Okay always remember this: 64-bit Processors are WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY better than a 32-bit processor becuase they have faster data transfer rate so I always recommend AMD processors with 64 in the title, I don't really care for Intel Processors. Even though this is a bit of topic, heres a question.... Which is better an Intel Pentium 4 with 1. ghz or an AMD Athlon XP 1800+, well the answer is the 1800+, even though the processor speed will be lower than the Intel Pentium but because of higher data transfer speed in AMD CPU's you notice higher speeds in AMD processors, so I recommend always go with the AMD.

Yes, the Sempron is the replacement for the older Duron processor which was and is a low horsepower chip. The chip has a small 128 meg cashe. The Turion 64 is a mobile chip and 64 bit. No comparison at all in performance. The Sempron will perform like a lousy Celeron does.

No actual distinction, in simple terms overall performance. They compute in yet in a distinctive way yet this is in the historic past and you will no longer be conscious it. Intel suited now has the better hand on AMD, fee to overall performance smart. I advise getting an Intel Core2Duo, it demands much less ability and produces much less warmth. in case you are able to cope with to pay for to no longer purchase Intel Celeron, I advise you do. If fee is a controversy and you're able to be able to purely cope with to pay for the Intel Celeron funds, then I advise getting the AMD Turion sixty 4 X2. they're in an identical funds virtually. i'm a great AMD fan yet suited now, Intel is kicking our *****. with a bit of luck the hot AMD Phenom could be the saviour of AMD. as much as now on benchmarks, fee to overall performance is finding good.
