can anybody get me a site with the defintion, a few examples, and a few try it now questions (with the answers) for predicate adverbs?

I believe you may mean predicate adjectives (not predicate adverbs). A predicate adjective is an adjective that follows a linking verb. Example: In the sentence "Fred is lazy," lazy is the adjective describing Fred. These are also known as subjective compliment adjectives, as opposed to subjective compliment nouns (the latter, as in "Fred is a fisherman").
