It's a matter of genetics.
it's still important to eat properly because it will make you unhealthy, overweight, or if you dont get enough calcium you could have osteoperosis.

In some cases, yes, that can play a part. It's not the whole thing though. I was the difficult baby who had to be in intensive care for inability to feed at birth, and then with lots of sensitivities to foods as a baby and later on, allergies. I'm the shorty of the family. HOWEVER. There is the off chance I inherited a family member's shortness from a grandparent. My dad's dad was famous for being the shortest, meanest man in town. :)

Before you conclude that all short people were starved at important times in their lives, you must have appropriate samples of people and ask pertinent background questions.

I think that it is more genetics, but I think that if you were meant to be tall and you werent feed properly as a baby then that might cause shortness.

So I think it depends on the situation.
If your parents or other relatives are short then it is genetics.

I'm short too!!

It's genetic. My husband is 5'4" and has been fed nothing but the best all his life. However, his entire family tops out at 5'8" (their granddad...daddy is 5'7")

NO, NOT REALLY. IT'S EITHER GENETIC, OR SOMETIMES IT CAN BE CAUSED BY A GROWTH HORMONE DEFICIENCY DURING ALOLESENCE.
