IF you are talking about the HEAD LAMPS if you look around the light you will see some screws. Look closely. There is something like 3 that hold the light in. Then there is two that adjust the aiming of the head light. Don't mess with them.

IF you talking about bulbs, I would imagine they are replaced from the back of the light. Good luck. Pops

When the plastic surface yellows there is nothing that can be done. Micro cracks and abrasions really diminish light out put. Sanding down and respray clear enamal and polishing are only temporary fixes. Go onto the mustang owners web site and see what they do.

Is better to replace them. But you can try a mustang forum. Not sure which one, as its been a while. Hope this helps.
