Seeing as they won't feel anything, sex would be nothing to them?

they can have sex. i presume they get an implant of some kind. i'm not sure if they get anything physical out of it but i supose psychologically its about intimacy

If he or she was paraleptic from the waist down, then his or her lower body would constantly be emphasizing a point by seeming to pass over it. Paralyzed from the waist down -- that would be something else.
