Absolutely. When I check in I always ask to be considered in that situation. I also have upgraded to first class for $50 on cross country flights.

NO, in case you probably did no longer pay to take a seat down there you would be kicked out whether the entire section is empty. you need to purchase an improve once you get to the airport if there's a seat open, yet do no longer think of you may only flow and take a seat in enterprise type for loose.

yes. they booked my seat twice due to computer error. it was nice, an international flight in first class. but i paid for it because on the way home the brakes on the plane were malfunctioning, so we never took off, and i slept in JFK airport for a night, then i was flown to Atlanta to connect but the plane took off late from NY so i missed that flight, so i was connected to dallas, chicago, and then indianapolis. i hate flying.

That's so cool. I have heard of that before, And I dont think you're lying. It's not like you called the pilot & said, hey can you hold the plane for us. What probably happend is when you checked your bags, someone phoned over to your gate & they waited, or something similar ...

Not first, but business class. It was the best flight I had ever taken. I hate coach now. I truly do.

Yeah. I was with my mock trial team and some of us got bumped to first class and the rest of the team had to fly coach.

I've been bumped up to 1st class & been bumped down to coach. Believe me....life if much better in first class.
