as a fraction you need to start with your number over 100 then find the lowest posible denominator.

i.e. 25/100 - 100 is devisable by 25 4 times so your fraction will be 1/4

decimal you just take away the percentage sign and put a decimal point at the start

i.e.
43% is .43

permit's take a random type. Say, 25. to alter 25% right into a decimal, you basically drop the p.c. sign and pass the decimal to the left two times. So 25%=0.25. to alter 25% right into a fragment, you lower back drop the % and placed 25 over one hundred, so 25/one hundred, which reduces to a million/4. You try this whether the type is > one hundred.
