My favorite type of holiday program is a concert performance that encompasses as many possible end-of-year holidays. This would include not only Christmas but Hanukah, Kwanzaa, Solstice, and others.

A full-scale, costumed, Bethlehem market, complete with an out-of-the-way stable and manger, and costumed actors. It takes almost an entire congregation to pull that one off!
