Will their be a shortage of Wii's? i didnt get a preorder and am not planning to camp outside walmart to get one but will their be enought to just go to walmart or eb games monday or following week after release this sunday.
playstation 3 sucks and cost too much

oh - and who would camp out for a game system?! LMAO. i mean if it was a "once in a lifetime" or "once in a generation" event (like a floyd concert or seeing the beatles or something like that....) sure - camp out. but to go to that kind of extreme for something that *anyone* could go to the store and pick up in about two months from now....probably for $30 less....wtf.

/i saw people standing in the rain last night...wrapped around the store - waiting for the ps3 to go on sale. some guy and his gf were first in line....and after seeing the look on the girl's face - i thought to myself "i really hope his gf likes to play playstation. 'cause if not - he's gonna be looking for a new gf *real soon*."

You'll have to wait in a line on Saturday night. It's not going to be as bad as the PS3 though. Nintendo is releasing a lot more than 400,000 units, and the demand isn't as high for this as it was for the PS3. I wouldn't go to EB Games or Game Stops...as they had preorder lists and such. WalMart and Best Buys did not accept such lists....so it's first come first serve.

Yes, but wii will be short but because of supply issues like Sony. I figure getting a wii wont be a problem much after the first 3 weeks. Sony on the other hand probably wont have plenty of supply till middle of next year or even longer. Sony screw up here producing a machine at a 300 dollar loss, and I hope Sony sells lots of TVs and DVDS to make up for it. Sony plans will not work in the long term like 10 years from now because I figure most game systems get to the point you can order a game online, and amateurs will produce the vast majority of game putting big time game developers in trouble if they don't produce innovative games.

Well i am afraid so, just like the ps3, but you should of pre ordered it.
but if you wait till next shipment after thanksgiving then you might have a chance.

yes, you can't get them until they make another shipment or something, because even all of the preorders are sold out.
