Its kinda hard to say i feel one can't be trusted without the other meaning that if you don't use condoms your screwed and if you dont use your birth control accurately then your screwed. I would suggest using them both together.

Condoms should be used no matter what. Condoms aren't 100% reliable, so it's good to use them with other contraceptives.

Trust to do what, stop you from getting pregnant or stop you for getting a stds? Protect againts pregnancy - the pill, but it won't protect against STDs so if you are having sex with someone who hasn't been tested or you don't know well enough, definitly condoms. Doesn't hurt to use both in those situations.

I'm confused. Condoms are contraceptives.

trust to do what ? although both can be used for birth control. a condom has a few added benefits in that it will protect you from STD's. it depends on your situation and you and your partners 'history'. neither is foolproof.

Not really either. Condom broke on my first time. Got pregnant on the patch, another.
In my family, we say 'if we look at each other [couples] we get preganant'.

Do yourself a favor and just get your tubes tied! No other method of birth control is 100%, and kids aren't necessary for a happy life, anyway. Be Free!
