Hello!

well, All Nintendo DS Software Works On All Nintendo DS Handhelds, Including The DS Lite.
The DS Lite Is Just A Newer, Slimmer, And Brighter Version Of The Original DS, So It Can Play Your Existing And Next DS Games, Not To Mention GameBoy Advance Games (note that the gameboy advance games will stick out the end of the ds lite since they made the ds smaller...)

I Have Both Nintendogs And Brain Age, And It May Be Too Long To Put A Full Review Here, But I'll Go Down An Overview:

Nintendogs Is A Very Innovative Game Using The Touch Screen And Microphone To Play, Train, Wash, Walk, And More With Your Own Virtual Puppy.
You Can Keep Up To 3 At A Time (more can be kept in a kennel) And There's Many Species Of Dog To Choose From. Depending On What Version You Get, You'll Have A Different Selection Of Dog Kinds To Choose From, But Don't Worry: All Species Can Be 'Unlocked' By Wirelessly Playing With Other People's Dogs (note: not online, but with another person with the ds in the same area) Or Keep Visiting Your Dog And Earn 'Owner Points'..
You Can Do Quite A Bit In This 'Non-Game' (non-game meaning there's no real goal, no high scores, generally not your usual video game), Like Washing Your Dog, Training To Do Commands, Play With Toys, Dress Up, Feed, Walk, Collect-Sell Items, Enter Contests, Shop, etc..
However, It May Seem Repetetive For Some, But If You Keep Playing, You'll Get More And Better Items For Your Dogs, Not To Mention New Species..
If I Were To Give It A Rating, I'd Give It A 8/10, Just Note That It's A Hit-Or-Miss Game, You Either Love It Or Hate It.. Also, It's Meant To Be Played For Several Minutes A Day And Not Really For Hours-On End..

Brain Age Is Much The Same In Which It's A Non-Game, You Either Like It Or Hate It, Meant To Play For Minutes A Day (even says on the box), etc..
Basically, Dr. Kawashima, Your Host In This Software, Is A Top Doctor In Japan That Belives That Your Brain Is Like A Muscle: You Have To Exercise It Every Day To Keep It Young, Which Is What You Do By Doing Math Problems, Logic, Reading, etc Kind Of Mini Games, Which He Found Made Better Blood Flow Activity In The Brain..
Again, Some May Not Like The Game Because It Will Ask To Do It Every Day (it knows if you missed a day or not) And Isn't Really An In-Depth Game Like Nintendogs, But Good For $19.99
I'll Say A 7.5/10, Great Idea, But May Get A Little Old And Boring For Some..

nicely, of all of the video games on that record, i might say that #18 is the terrific, on account that the different ones you ought to get uninterested in them actual, jointly as 18 will save you playing for various hours.
