I have a perfect solution for you. She's been a brat so here's what you do. Get to the party later than everyone else.... then, leave exactly 1/2 hour after arriving only saying to one person "I've got somewhere to be" right before you go out the door. Make sure it's not your friend though, just some random person. She will treat you different after that, I gaurantee it. Good Luck.

The nature of friendship is that you don't tell them they're being a turd. Unless they really are your friend, in which case you need to tell them they are being a turd...
If she invited you to her party, then it's up to you whether you go. If you turn up and she continues to be a brat, then hang out with someone else or leave early. Explain at a later date that you think she's being bratty...
