Okay, I don't have a V3m but I do have a V3c and I noticed that my battery dies quickly when it's in that "Ev-do" mode. Is that what your problem is? I asked Verizon about it and they said that they're just testing the network. I don't know. That's what they told me. Good luck!
*EDIT*
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention... If you have bad reception in a certain place, that may be the problem. I have really bad reception in my workplace and I actually have to turn the phone off while I'm at work to save the battery. Otherwise, if I left it on, the battery would drain by the end of my work day. Maybe that's the problem.

Where are you using your phone? Is it showing 1X or EV upon your display? Does it have extended network? What is the signal strength that you have?

Are you using data like v-cast, browsing the web, playing downloaded ring tones or games?

This type of usage takes more of your battery.

If none of these are the culprit, then bring the phone, battery, and charger to the Verizon store to have them check ALL 3.

Do NOT just bring the phone since the other 2 may be at fault.

When you get a new phone, you should drain the batterey compleatly, then give it a full charge. Do that 2 or 3 times, if your battery still drains that fast after you do those steps then you should bring it back to the store for an exchange

attempt going into the placing>protection>. The code... would desire to attempt 0000 or 1234 before emailing the broker. as quickly as in there attempt doing an entire telephone reset. it is going to erase each thing. If no longer then.. as a final motel bypass to Verizon and spot what they'd do.
