I am very sorry to hear that you had a bad day. Just remember you are not alone we all get them from time to time. Now you can draw comfort in knowing that it is over. Make a nice cup of tea and put on a good movie to cheer you, and just relax.

We all have down days and days we are depressed because we are human.
I would encourage you to do something nice for yourself that you enjoy and to pray and talk to God and a trusted friend about this.
I am manic-depressive and lately I seem to get more down But put your hope in God and He will give you a future and a hope.
Psalm 41, Psalm 42 and Jeremiah 29:11.
My day was very busy and I got a lot done for thanksgiving which is my favorite holiday. I rested also and this weekend I am going to relax in the Lord. God bless you and it looks like you can use some hugsooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

I've been depressed for the past few days. I just got out of jail where I spent the night next to my kinda-best friend on the cold concrete floor with a half-*** blanket with her black eye and my busted lip that's half as big as my mouth. Her husband, who did this to all three of us is living great and didn't get busted at all!!!My boyfriend spent the night(and is currently spending the night) down the hall in conditions worse than that. My boss came and bailed me out just so I could come to work the next day! What a witch!!! So I got paid today and she called me over and said 'sign here' and put my check in a bank bag. I didn't get a penny of it. But my day got a lot better...I found out my baby is getting out Monday!!!

Hey, I was about to kill myself again, and then when I got back from my lunch break, I discovered my period's not late anymore. At least it's light. Seeing that blood was the highlight of my day, oddly enough. Means nothing's wrong with me except for those drastic mood swings I have to keep hiding from my coworkers. Sigh.
So! I'm sorry about your day and hope it gets better now that you can laugh at something.
