We were going to throw beanie babies/stuffed animals, but my mom thought that that would be too damaging to the room. Please post any ideas you have that we could throw at each for fun and if a purchase is necessary, cheaply. Also, our fight is indoors.

How about crumbled up paper? It's cheap, and won't really hurt that bad, and it's not as heavy as a stuffed animal. Just don't crumble up too many pieces of paper together, it will defeat the purpose. Have fun!! haha

Pies! Get a bunch of paper plates and cans of whipped cream. Each of you make up a bunch of pies and then whap, whap, whap, instant Stoogefest!
Last year my daughters gave their little brother a pie in the face for Christmas. They set up this elaborate scavenger hunt -- he opened a box under the tree and it had a clue in it to go look in the bathroom. So he went there and there was a clue to look under the piano. So he went there and... After about half a dozen of these clues the last one said "Look in the kitchen." He turned the corner into the kitchen and his oldest sister was ready for him with a plate full of whipped cream.
He LOVED it. It's one of his favorite Christmas memories.
Hint: you should have your pie fight in a room with hard-surface floors. Scrubbing whipped cream out of the carpet is hard work.

don't use paper - think of the environment.... i like the marshmallow idea 'cept ur mom might think some'll get lost - how's 'bout balloons? just blow 'em up a little and they'll throw pretty good.

Nerf stuff, balls, or whatever. Ping pong balls are cool to and painless but make a nice noise when they hit something.
