on the passenger side the high and low beam are alot dimmer then the driverside. i changed both bulbs and checked for any lose connections but found nothing. the only bulb on the passenger side that is normal is the park lamp. i cant find anything wrong with the wiring or harnesses. could it be some sencer or a relay that would only effects the passengerside. is there any none problem with these kinda of cars. thank you

Have you inspected all the fuses some cars have a fuse for each headlight . If all the fuses are ok you have lost a ground some where on the headlight system. You will have to trace the wiring to find it .Could also be the headlight switch or the dimmes switch also . take a test light and hookit to the pos. battery terminal probe the pass side headlight socket pins try all three. It should only light up on one wire.if it lights up on a couple some wires have rubbed through.If it does not light up at all your ground is lost tracing the wires is nexted

Both high beams share a ground path, as do both low beams, so one lamp being dim on both high and low is likely in the power side. The head lamps are fuse separately. Check the right head lamp fuse in the underhood fuse box for battery voltage (with a meter, not a test light. There is also a splice connection that may be corroded.
