I don't think that it's your place to tell her if who's desperate or not.

Part of being a friend is letting her make her own mistakes, but being there for her every step of the way, especially when it blows up in her face.

She'll soon be dumped by him and then you should be there for her. That's what real friends do. You can't protect her from everything, and even if you guys are growing apart, you shouldn't say something as hurtful as saying that her boyfriend is desperate. That's just not a very good friend, and if you have these sorts of thoughts about her, maybe you shouldn't be her friend in the first place and just get her AND him out of your life, because it seems to me that you like the dude flirting with you. And really, no one wants a backstabber to be their friend.

It's not making you look very good as a person...

You mind your own business, and leave your "best friend's" boyfriend alone, because it sounds like you are looking for someone to tell you that it is ok to hook up with him and it isn't

You are a bad friend. You need to leave them alone, if that's what he does, you can tell her that she needs to keep an eye on him, other than that, you are mean and you just need to find other friends.

Sounds like you aren't really a good friend, and you truly enjoy her guy flirting with you

If you 2 are growing apart , Don't worry about it. Lrt her figure it out. She probably won't listen anyway.
