Teague pronounced TAG EE. NEB. had a QB in the 70's with the same last name.

As with most names there are a number of ways to pronounce it. You would need to ask the person in question to be certain.
Most people rhyme it with league (as in "a league of their own").
But I knew one family that used T-ah-goo!
Another answer listed Tag-ee. Tee-goo is also possible.
Proper names are not standardized!
