they send me to a saturady school every saturday to learn about religous things..i do enjoy but evryone is literally half the age and size of me!! im 14..and about 5''7 and the other people in the group are 4,5,6 and 7 and i look like the teacher or one of the parents!! ive tried talking to my parents and asking them to put me in a different saturday school with people my age and they dont listen.and when i say i dont wanna go they get so angry!! i find it so unfair because i look like a big plonker doing the same worksheets as them and the parents all look at me strangely when i sit down with them. please help. i dont know what to do anymore..i dont think they would enjoy the humiliation if they were in my shoes.

then tell them that! actually sit down with them and tell them what u are going through and ask them how they would feel if they were in your shoes. tell them u have had enough of it being twice the age and size of the other poeple in ur group. if they still don't listen then tell someone else that would listen and do ur best to make them feel how u feel when u go to saturday school

good luck!
i hope it works!!!

The person who suggested you volunteer to help the leader had some good advice. Or maybe you could talk to the leader of the group and they could recommend other groups for people more your age to your parents. Do some research on your own about some other groups and then try talking to your parents about it again - showing them the groups you are interested in. Have you talked to your religious leader about your concerns perhaps he/she could advise you.

Tell the teacher of the class how you feel about the class and your parents. Maybe she can help you get hooked up with a different class or she can talk to your parents for you.

compromise. can you find another group to go to for example a girl guides. u will get the same benefits but with people your own age. your prarents are angry because they are scared. your growing up and finding your feet. excersise some understanding in a mature grown up way and they will look at you in a different light.

Talk to the leader/teacher of your group. Explain your situation and maybe they could speak with your parents about moving you to a more suitable class.

if i was u i would go sit out in the hall or something who cares about the class. im 13 and i would not want to be going to class wit people my brothers age. if ur parents don't stay there they just drop u off just walk around the school until class is let out. b/c if u do that ur parents will think u actually went to class instead of skipping it.

I'm not going to tell you something bad to do like everyone else but i think you should just sit down and try to talk to them with their ears open and eyes open and them plead your case but if that don't work just pray and keep it going
