If you mean what can you tell your parents so you can get out of the house? Then, the library always works. Til you get busted. Join a youth church group. That's a good excuse.

Look people, this is a small town: no ice rink, no tennis court, just one movie house that shows one flick at a time, maybe two with a Bugs Bunny for good measure.
Maybe someone has a pool table. Befriend him. Maybe someone has a lot of vid games, Befriend him. Maybe there's a guy with a sister who puts out, befriend him. Maybe there's a coke and fries hangout, go there. Maybe there's a bowling alley, go there. Maybe there's a store that needs a bag boy, go there. Hell, I doan no what there is to do, but if ya got buddies, you're not deprived. Your only trouble is parents who worry too much.
I grew up in a tiny little town, and my childhood friends and I IM all the time about the stuff we found to do. None of my pals had a sister the right age. Then when we were eighteen most of us enlisted, and when we came home we went off to school and that was the end of the small town. But I still like it better than Chicago.

Do you have an ice skating rink? It's a perfect night for ice-skating! Or you could go bowling if you have a bowling alley. That's always a good time. Do any of your other friends have a parent who would be willing to drive you all to a nearby mall for a couple of hours? That could be fun.

get your bycicles out and take a tour of the city. Then ride to the park, go play tennis or catch freesbies. Then bike to the local mall and walk around..have a great time...then go to someone's house and have dinner, and gossip. or rent a movie...old chick flick or horror movie u haven't seen and have a great time. Its inexpensive and being very active.

A pic-nic, depending on the weather. Take a trip, visit some old friends, zoo, find a good hobby, etc.

find somewhere you can hang out and sit around a fire. it's kinda cold but you could wrap blankets around your legs and the fire would probably keep you warm. it's a good way to hang out and talk and have a bonding session.
