Is there a difference between "I love you" and "love ya"??

If so what's the difference and do couples use them both in their relationships and still have the same feeling behind it?

I love you is MUCH MORE PERSONAL and direct luv ya is extremely offhand and definitely impersonal...luv ya is not even equal to bless you after sneezing

Have you ever read the book, "He just not that into you"???? I think you should. That might answer your question. "I love you has deep feelings behind it. "Love ya" is how you close a letter.
Good Luck, hope it works out for you.
