You don't say what color the sneakers are. If they are white, use Bleach & Water. If they are anyother color Use 1 part Alcohol to 2 parts of water, Or go to the store and buy Sneaker Cleaner thats what it is called .

I presume that the sneakers are white? But oxiclean spray or the oxiclean and make a paste and scrub with a toothbrush until the stain is gone and rinse. You could try baking soda too.

try the magic eraser it works wonders on shoes and sneakers.
