QB: McNabb
RB: Tiki Barber if he can score, or Frank Gore if he keeps it up
WR: Colston, Steve Smith
TE: Alge Crumpler

AFC:
QB: Peyton
RB: Tomilinson or Johnson
WR: Andre Johnson, Reggie Wayne
TE: Tony Gonzalez

I don't know many DEF positions but Urlacher, Julius Peppers, Champ Bailey, Ronde Barber, Warren Sapp, Adaluius Thomas will all be there

Drew Breese, Marques Colston, Charles Grant

other teams I've seen that I think have a good shot:

Peyton, McNair, Willie Parker, the entire Balt def.....those guys can play

LaDainial Tomlinson and Peyton Manning for sure, and since is probably his farewell, Brett Favre should go, maybe not as starter.
