i send a link regarding a website and the received told me that the last numbers of the specific link was my contact details, visitor number, e.t.c is it real? can happen?

Yes
The site can generate a URL which includes information it needs for the page to display correctly. This is not very likely at a secure site, but a mail site could use a URL such as
www.mail.com\main\inbox_paradox_k

Don't give out information to anyone seeking it... Like if someone was to send you a link that had the link to your bank it is scam. They make a site that looks just like your bank's site and trick you into giving out information. Then they will use this information on your own bank account.

PS links are not secure.. Unless they have the "https://" in them instead of regular http:// but again this can be spoofed.
