There are a number of ways you could have got infected with these Trojans and one of them is "Doing Nothing'. Just the fact that you're online (especially broadband) opens you up to the outside world.
Others common sources are peer to peer networks, infected e-mails, and even malicious websites.
To protect yourself, always update Windows regularly, use a router or software based firewall, continue using your spyware and anti-virus software, and even try another browser like FireFox to avoid some of i.e.'s exploits.

Do yet another finished test with the anti virus and do an entire equipment test with your antispyware, some viruses can replica them selves each time you boot up your workstation, you may desire to set the scans to do an entire equipment test with the aid of fact the virus/malware will extraordinarily much specific to be contained in the equipment fix folder, and if for some reason you may desire to do a equipment fix then you definately can doubtlessly fix the virus/malware returned on the workstation, so as with the aid of fact of this you may desire to do an entire equipment test with the two scanners, and that's all approaches greater effective as nicely up in secure mode and test in secure mode, this way if there is something malicious on there then your anti virus/malware has a greater effective threat of doing away with them. as nicely into secure mode only faucet the f8 key mutually as living house windows is booting, you would be offered with some boot up strategies, from there go with secure mode by utilizing your up/down arrow keys to scroll to secure mode then hit the enter key, as quickly as in secure mode, run your scanners, if something is stumbled on delete/quarantine them with the aid of fact the scanners propose you to do. wish this permits.
