The DeFeo story, spooky. In fact, I live about two miles away from the Amityville Horror House on Ocean Avenue in Amityville, New York. I drove past that house a million times. Also the gangstar Al Capone lived around the block from that house before he moved to Chicago to rule the mob there.

I've seen all the amityville horrors and the most recent one is the best one I've seen and it's pretty scary.

Well, while I was in my Doctor's office one day, I was reading a some psych mag that said people like scary movies because it makes them feel alive and invigorated.

well if ur talking about the old one its not scary like todays movies but it makes you jump a little. but im not sure about the new one. i havent seen it but i want to so tell me if its good.

not really. i didnt find it real scary. the only scary thing about it is that its supposed to be a true story.

The original was pretty good but the sequels didn't do much for me.
