Best to go get it professionally waxed...if that's not an option, buy a at home waxing kit (for sensitve skin,,just in case) and follow the instructions inside. Make sure you still do an allergy test..you DON'T want to end up with a rash on your lip..eww. If that's not your thing you can always pluck, if the hair is very fine and not very noticable you can bleach...whatever you do, stay away from razors!Good Luck!

I am man and I think facial hair on a female is attractive.
However, I would be careful of putting chemical creams on your face. You may be allergic and develop a much worse problem.
I imagine waxing is as painful as plucking plus it can also irritate your skin.
Shaving is the safest till you become secure in yourself and live with the hair. But there is a chance of razor bumps depending on the thickness and type of your hair.
However, the best ad ice is to visit your/a good dermatologist for an evaluation before you try anything other than what nature has programed for you.

Years ago a dermatologist told me to shave. He said it is an old wives tale that the hair comes back darker and heavier. He also said plucking and waxing can damage skin whereas shaving does dermabrasion on the skin and keeps you younger. All his ladies working in his practice said they shave. This is a man who had the most successful dermatology practice in Atlanta and he was wonderful. I guess now he has retired.

I second the Sally Hansen hair removal but I use it on my legs. I still shave my face, my skin is flawless and not wrinkled and I look 20 years younger than I really am

Wax it and then get a prescription for a cream called Vaniqua. When applied twice a day, it stops the hair from growing back.

Well it's called hirsutism, abnormal growth of hair in a girl due to excess male hormone, androgen or impaired metabolism of it, or it can also be due to medications or some sort of therapy that you may be taking right now. See your doctor to make sure what really causes the excess androgen in your body, sometimes it can be caused by abnormal growth in your adrenals.

wax it!

you can go into a beauty salon and get it waxed or buy a waxing kit at your local drug/convenience store (Rite Aid, Walgreens, Longs, Wal-Mart, Target) to use at home.

whatever you do, do NOT bleach it! just because the hairs are lighter doesn't mean people can't see them!

my mother had that problem after she hit menopause. she uses a product by Sally Hansen and it works great for her. you can buy it at walmart or any drug store and i believe it is found in the cosmetics department. it is a cream and you put it on the hair for a few minutes and then you wipe it off and it works great. give it a try.

You can wax it, bleach it, shave it, get laser hair removal or electrolysis to remove it. You can also pluck (ouch) or get threading to remove it.

I wax it as often as possible. In cases of emergency, I'll tweeze.
