Y-10 Jelly is the best I have found. Get it at your local marine supply store.

I was involved in restoring a 34 foot boat that sunk. We used a product from 3M I'm not sure of the name but it is a 3 step process. Rubbing compound first then polishing compound and last wax. You can find it at most marine suppliers such as west marine. It took some time but it really brought back the colour and shine on both the green and white. This was on a smooth surface though. Not sure what your situation is. The other product you can use to get the heavy grime off is called Spray Nine it works well especially on textured surfaces. Apply it full strength and use a plastic bristle brush and you should have excellent results. We use it regularly to remove bird droppings and spider stains. Hope this Helps!!

Try AWESOME from the Dollar Store on the fiberglass.
Oxy-clean out doors also works good
Both might need to soak a while.
Use a paste wax after it is clean.
For the interior carpet try simple green.
For vinyl oxy-clean or comet
If the vinyl will not clean there are paints made to restore vinyl

if you use all those ABRASIVE cleaners like everyone is telling you, you'll be asking about a paint job next.there is cleaners for awl-gripped surfaces called "awl-care" there is also cleaner and protectent all in one for gel-coat finishes made by 3M that you can get from places like napa, the 3m part # is 09005,09006,09007< the bigger # is for bigger size. 3m also has a clean and shine enhancer that you spray on then wipe off, the # for that is 09033
