Depressed :) Meaning, you'd know if you were. You can't be bothered doing normal things, sometime people don't have showers and stuff like that cos they couldn't be bothered. You don't have to be suicidal to be depressed, it may lead there eventually but yeah. It's said that the more groups you're involved in the better chances you have of living longer, meaning the less chance you'll commit suicide. Everyone needs a sense of belonging and purpose. For example, I have been suicidal in the past, but when I was contemplating it I couldn't bear to think how heartbraking it would be for my family and a few close friends I knew loved me, so I didn't. But I'm lucky enough to have that, some don't.

Alone. Persecuted. Worthless. Pitiful.
Despondent. Motionless. Unattached.
Afraid. Ridiculous. Empty. A big mistake.
Heavier like the weight of the world is on you,
and lighter, like nobody cares, at the same time.
Disconnected. Abandoned. Uglier.
Repulsive. Drained. Lackluster. Stale.
A great big joke that's not funny anymore.
You feel like you should have died after all.

You feel everything is wrong, you have very negative attitudes about life and family. You want to sleep all the time. You can't make decisions. You feel that nothing you do makes any difference or is important. You feel worthless. You wonder if anyone would miss you if you were gone. You don't want to interact with anyone. Things you once took pleasure in are not interesting anymore. You withdraw from life.

feel like noone cares about you, you can't do anything right, everyting is in ruin, nothing will ever get better, if I just swerve into the other lane- it will be over, i am a waste, the world is in a cycle of neverending suffering and destruction....etc.

notice all the noone's and everything's, ever's, and never's --- feel like it's all or nothing
