I mean it's really is a piece of crap, but so is she. Heck the tires are all flat (kinda like her) everything leaks (again her) all the cracks in the floor squeak (again) and it smells real bad (again).
The thing is, the house, ok trailer, is worth about 500 bucks. More that she is by about 400 bucks. On a good night.
If I do, do you think she'll quit sitting on the trailer hitch of my truck?

If she is as horrible as you are saying she is, then she has hurt you terribly. If that is the case, I would give her nothing....doesnt matter whether the trailer is worth $50 or $500, she obviously doesnt deserve it. Dont give it to her, keep it yourself, sell it, do anything with it, but dont give it to her.
