theiss, no you cant, but you can be really smart and train your eyes ears and nose to detect really small details. and then your intuition would be really good

I would say that your motivation in wanting to be psychic is important, is it so you can manipulate people or have an advantage over them? if so, you wont have much success.
being psychic is just a clearer perception of reality, what are peoples hidden motivations and secret hurts (which hurt and drain the psychic to know) The first step is to learn to be absolutley honest with yourself about your own selfish desires as apposed to when you are giving. Learning empathy towards others is also part. Once you see yourself clearly and the impact you have on people and their emotional state, you start percieving at greater depths than simple-minded people.
Listening to others pain is a good way to learn empathy. It is a long process that has many hurtful things in it. The rewards are incredible but as for most things, there is a price for knowing.

You can but it'd be so hard to describe it'd be ridiculous. Not so much psychic or telekinetic as much as you'd be the creator of your own reality, which isn't very much psychic at all from many a perspective. It truly depends on what you believe. Focus on what you want and believe you have it already. Do this no matter what.

Yes you can. Everyone has the ability to use what is called a sixth sense. And yes, through meditation, concentration and allot of practice you can develop psychic abilities but only to your own personal abilities.
If you were not born with the ability to see into the future you will never develop the ability and so on.

Psychics say everyone has psychic ability and you can heighten it with certain techniques (which they sell in books) however unless you have the "gift" you can still only get your psychic senses so high.

it's not about teaching yourself to be psychic it's about opening your mind and being able to control what you let in and out. Don't you ever watch criss angel mind freak?

It is possible, but most people that I know who have gone that path have developed problems, and sometimes psychosis. A dangerous path that is not likely to do you any good.
